We're looking to adopt a baby
Hello, we are Christopher and Alyssa! We are truly honored that you are taking the time to explore our profile and that you are considering us in your adoption plans.
We met through work and mutual friends and instantly developed a close connection. We started spending more time together enjoying bowling, board games, and going to movies and discovered our shared interest in hockey games. When our academic and professional dreams led us in different directions, we continued to support each other through a long-distance relationship. While on vacation in the Smoky Mountains, we got engaged and celebrated our marriage in 2017 surrounded by friends and family.
We have dreamed of becoming parents from the very beginning, and we have longed for those Christmas mornings, bedtime stories, and scraped-knee kisses. However, after trying to build our family and encountering multiple negative tests, procedures, and failed treatments, we learned to understand the complications of infertility. Through our experience, we found what truly mattered to us was having the opportunity to raise a family, which has led us to set about our adoption journey. For us, adoption means having a chance to experience the future we have always yearned for and to cherish a house full of joyful noise.
